Stabbing pain in my right nipple?

Not tender to the touch but I'm having a sharp stabbing or burning pain in my right nipple. Not consistent, it just happens at random times. Anyone else ? What is it? Can't go to the doctor right now because of issues with my insurances.

I have the same problem from time to time. My doctor blames it on the glands in my breasts being irritated somehow. I am going to get another opinion soon. Stay off google...it will tell you your house is gonna explode and your boob is gonna fall off lol Feel better!!

When I was 13 I had the same thing, and I felt around that area and I actually had a mass that had the random pains. I had to get it removed when I was 14, but it wasn't malignant at all, they removed it bc I was still going through puberty. This is most likely not the same case as you, but I'd definitely do a self breast exam.
