Sprintec making me gain weight?

OK so like I get body positivity and all that, and I know I need to love myself no matter what, but I've been wondering if my birth control (I've been on it for about 2 weeks) Sprintec is making me gain weight. My boyfriend had said something about my boobs looking bigger, not in a bad way at all. My butt too, and again he's not being rude or like downgrading. Honestly he was pretty happy about it, but I don't have a scale at home and I mainly go off what I usually look like and make adjustments to my diet or workout routine to stay looking (in my opinion) good. My stomach is a little bigger, but I've been making more homemade foods. That and I've been CRAZY nauseous like every night. School just started and maybe that's what's messing with me, but I just want to know if anyone else has had this concern.
