What would you do if the father of your child was unmotivated? He's not a bad guy & treats the kids good, but he's in my opinion, depressed. He currently doesn't work. He can't keep a job down, and everyone's sick of it. His family won't let him live there for long & if they do the constantly treat him like shit because he won't do anything. He won't start fights or ever be abusive he just lacks motivation. I end of bringing him back because I feel bad for him but he never changes. All of us have tried EVERYTHING to change this. We've even allowed him not to go anywhere and he was living in his car. I'm just confused because it's a highly annoying situation but at the same time I don't feel like it's THAT serious so I get confused about the situation if that makes sense. Opinions?
