lol only when my skin feels dry. Could be five times in one day, could be every three days 🤷🏼‍♀️ probably not the best for my skin but I have a hard time remembering to put on lotion

Used to be only when  my legs were ashy or i felt i needed it but now  that im pregnant its a nightly routine on my belly and butt

Whenever I take a shower. Once a day. I usually just use coconut oil for my body and nothing for my face unless you count rosewater as a moisturizer.

I try to do it everyday but I constantly forget so it's more like twice a week. Lol

Morning and night at least! Sometimes even more often if I feel dry.

I use the doterra fractionated coconut oil and different oils depending on my mood and what I feel I need!
