To try or not to try?

Okay so some of you who have followed my post know about my fertility issues. I can't get in to a new OBGYN until May 7th. Do you guys think I should still try this month for baby or wait it out until May when I can possible get medication to boost my chances? I'm just asking because we pay a sperm donor $100 for 3 times a month so I don't know if it would be a waste of money or should I have more faith in my body and go for it this month?
