weight and boyfriend

so back in march i lost some weight and everything was going good. then i moved closer to my boyfriend and i kind of fell off the wagon. i gained some back from not working out. my boyfriend is 6'0 and weighs about 200lbs. i'm 5'6 and i'm around 195lbs on a good day. the thing is, i dont eat a whole lot and what i eat isn't bad and i've been getting in more exercise than i was before but my weight keeps going up! i don't understand it. it's so embarrassing for myself to weigh as much as my boyfriend. idk what to do. anybody else have this issue and if you do, comment how you cope with it please. this is what my body looks like
