How do I treat my stuff whenever it's been in contact with lice?!

I had my nephew stay the weekend with me. This morning I seen him scratching. I figured it was because he just woke up but throughout the day I seen him scratch more. I checked his head and he has lice! I believe I got it from him because I'm getting itchy. I washed my blankets, and I'm going to wash my pillows next. I threw my hair brush away and I got a hair dye (I didn't have enough money for an actual lice kit). And I'm shaving his head here in a min....anything else I need to do?
