Mom talk?..

So, I'm going to be 16 in november and I feel like I'm ready to have sex with my boyfriend (he is the best human being ever created) and I don't know if I should talk with my mother about this... we are not very close, we fight a lot (one day I ran away from home because I really couldn't stand her more) and I really don't know if I should talk to her.. if I do, what could I say?? Help!!!
