Did your significant other gain sympathy weight. my poor husband has been dieting and exercising but still gained the sympathy weight

My husband actually started a great diet when I was around 13 weeks, and has lost over 30 lbs since then. I'm gettin' jealous that I can't join!! 😂😂 but before, he was gaining some belly after sharing half of whatever I was eating, bless his heart.

A little at first, I think it has to do with the hormones, they change too. Just as long as you're encouraging each other to eat right, and being supportive it'll be okay! When the baby arrives and grows you'll be running after them and it'll all shed away.
