So I hadn't been on bc for years because my husband had a vasectomy. My periods we're like clockwork. My Husband and I separated so I decided to get the depo just to be safe. I took one shot in March 3, 2017. After that, we decided to not get the shot and let nature take its course. Started taking prenatal vitamins June 1st. Also started taking Vitex August 1st along with the prenatals. Still no AF. I am fully aware that it takes time to get back to normal, but when should I expect to see AF? Is there anything else I can do in the meantime? I have an appointment with my doctor December 1st and she advised the Vitex until my appointment. Do you still ovulate even though you haven't had AF?
