What helps produce more colostrum?

I had a baby 6 weeks early I got 8ml today but the next time I only got 1ml :( anything I can do or eat to help produce more colostrum?

Pumping helps! My son was in the NICU on and off for his first week and had trouble nursing and they recommended that I pump to help my milk come in. Also keep taking your prenatal vitamins, drink a ton of water and remember to eat ( I would forget with everything going on with baby and then get overwhelmingly hungry all of a sudden). Congrats mama on your new baby.
