Weird periods..

So I had my son nov 16 I had my periods up until April under the advisement of a gynecologist I had to wait until august to see if I had a period and the result no period, negative blood test, urine test and ultrasound. Dr prescribed progestin challenge which resulted in a period. I'm due for a period tomorrow, but these past 3-4 days I have been peeing more than normal and moody. I have a feeling I won't get my period tomorrow. I have been sexually active but my fiancé was told he couldn't have kids. Sorry for the long post. Any suggestions? Tia
