IUD (Mirena)

Hey ladies!

So it's been a few months that I've had my IUD put in and shortly before I had it put in I had a yeast infection. I thought it was cured because I had no symptoms or anything and the doc said it looked/smelled fine. I went ahead and got my IUD and ever since, I've had this weird smell down there. It's not my discharge that smells or the inside.. it's my outer lips I think? It doesn't itch or burn or anything at all I just have this awful smell that smells sort of like blood. I've washed down there, tried summers eve wipes and sprays and it keeps coming back. What the hell is it?!?
