Spotting red, miscarriage?

I've just started spotting a little bit brownish/red this afternoon.... I'm not really feeling anymore crampy than usual...
Could this be the first signs of a miscarriage? I'm really scared 😢

I just posted a similar post... I've been bleeding since Saturday. Was totally convinced I was miscarrying. Saw my dr today and baby is ok! I am still in shock. She said I could continue to bleed for the first trimester or even the entire pregnancy. I've miscarried before so I was sure this was the end but apparently there's hope! Praying the same for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make an appointment. It's quite common to have some spotting during the first few months. I did worth my 3rd baby for 5 weeks because my placenta was low. Everything turned out great and he is now 3 years old and the wildest of them all! :) praying for you!!!

Called the midwives this morning they said as long as it's just spotting and nothing heavier then i shouldn't worry, they said no sex and excersize or anything strenuous for 2 weeks... They said it's too early to really see anything on an US and too early for a heartbeat, my first appt is the 24th so if all goes well between now and then hopefully I'll see/hear the baby then... Thank you all

I'm currently spotting and all they gave me was a progesterone and hcg test to repeat in two days. No ultrasound. Guess they think it's not a big deal because it's not bright red blood and not severe cramping. Good luck to you!! Praying it's nothing for you.

I had the same worry last week when I was spotting, no cramping. Turns out I had a small bleed, but baby is fine! dr says I was overdoing it- exercising and lifting heavy things. He said to take it easy for a couple weeks- I'm going back next week to get a follow up ultrasound and make sure everything is still ok. Take it easy and get some rest- try not to worry. I have heard this happens to a lot of women.

Went to my first appt today, my midwife couldn't find the heartbeat with a belly Doppler and internal Doppler, she said where the heartbeat was strong last week at 160, she wasn't too concerned but where she did see a clot in last weeks ultrasound and I'm still bleeding brownish, she wants an ultrasound next week. So i have to wait until Thursday! That was the earliest... I'm seriously considering buying a home Doppler now... 😕

You should go to urgent care. I experienced the same thing and just left urgent care. They'll do an ultra sound right away
