My parents and grandma are always saying that they're worried that my son is not walking or talking yet. He's 11 months. It pisses me off because what the heck, he has plenty of time to learn to do both. It's not like he's 2 and not walking yet. He's not even a year old? And I'm sure it's normal for babies to not say actual words yet? He babbles all the time, he says "woof woof" when you ask him what sound a dog makes, he knows how to wave, he crawls around everywhere, pulls himself up and stands everywhere. He doesn't know how to stand in one place and balance by himself yet while not holding on to anything and he doesn't walk by himself yet. But I don't think he's super behind or that there is a reason to worry?
