What to do about hair getting thin

Help! Is there anything I can do to increase my hair growth/thickness? Has anyone experienced thinning hair and found something that helped it??

yes take biotin supplements, omega 3 and look at your diet. i always thought my hair was thin due to genetics but when i stayed with my MIL in Turkey my hair got way thicker just from the change in diet. in particular eating a lot of nuts like almond, walnut and pistachio. they also had water high in calcium, ferro (iron) and copper im not sure if its related to the changes in my hair or not. also if you have hypothyroidism get on medication and your hormone levels back in the normal range. it causes hair loss and you can end up practically bald if it gets bad. anyway hope that helps. take care.
