Is it okay to take Diflucan?

Hi everyone, I am supposed to get my period next week. However, my bf and I had unprotected sex a couple of times so there is a chance I might be pregnant. (Which is totally fine with us) But I am experiencing symptoms of a yeast infection. My mother is a nurse and works at a urology office. She had the doctor prescribe me Diflucan, it is a 3 day supply, each 100 mg. I did not tell them that I could be pregnant. Would taking this cause any risks to the baby if I am pregnant?

I am just a little worried. But it is too early for me to know so I just don't want to do anything that could jeopardize the possibility.
