so..... I'm always angry all the time!  and than I'm ripping pissed one moment and than the next  I'm crying.  I don't really enjoy doing anything anymore.  I just want to be at home and lay down.  I cry very easily. and I just want to be alone.

Try making an appointment with a psychiatrist. A psychologist or therapist could be beneficial to discuss how you're feeling and ways to work through it.

I think deep down you know the answer to the question. It just sounds so awkward actually saying "I am depressed". Take it from experience. My whole life changed when I had my baby 6 months ago & I have the same symptoms. I cry almost everyday & still don't leave the house much besides for Starbucks and groceries. Don't get me wrong I love my baby girl so much but it's just a huge life adjustment.
