Period problems?

My period is supposed to start a few days from now. I'm on the patch. Does anyone have pre period symptoms a whole week ahead of their period? It sucks): my boobs are so sore and my stomach is killing me. I hate something I eat weekly and it tore up on me... The patch keeps my period pretty pain free but does anyone else get problems this long before their period??
