Was told my ovaries have a PCOS appearance. From 12-20 my periods were normal then I got on birth control and off it in 12 days back in October 2016. Didn't get period till February, March, April then no period May, light spotting in June and July and August. Today and yesterday there's been a small amount of blood after sex, got Pap smear a week ago and nothing looked out of the ordinary. Not sure if this is my period or what?? Also just started thyroid meds if that might cause a side effect. Been having un protected sex since February. Don't get pains down there, no additional facial hair, ovaries and uterus are normal size as well, so idk what's causing it
