How do I know when I am ovulating?

Hi ladies, can y'all help me?! How do I know I am ovulating with my cervical mucus? I have never known how to k ow when I am fertile or ovulating. Please help!! I had a miscarriage in Jan and a D&C; in feb.we have sex on the days that I'm in my fertile window snd ovulation day. I use period tracker too and glow. But glow is always like 2 weeks off from my ovulation I think . Idk lol.. please help

First, I'm so sorry for your loss! It's tough to try again after a loss... with that being said the cm you are looking for will be like egg whites. It is typically clear, wet, and can stretch two inches or more without breaking. When you have this type of cm you are typically ovulating, and it will only last like a day, or may only show up once. I had to take a class on family planning for church so I learned all about the different types. The best thing you can do is google pictures of it so you know what it looks like, or look them up on here. I don't track anything, but I know when I should be ovulating and when I notice that type of mucus is when we BD. Keep in mind all women are different and some produce more than others and some don't produce any that they can feel( ie Exits the. Vagina) my best friend is like this.
