Male fertility, advise please?

My SO and I have been actively trying since April of this year. My OBGYN had us to all the fertility testing right off the bat so that is out of the way, for now. He had my SO do a sperm analysis because he has low volume when he ejaculates due to a cyst blocking the passage. All in all, our tests came back with 'no concerns' and we are definitely thankful! However my question is: logic just tells me that if my SO has low volume then naturally this journey will be longer for us. Anyone have a similar experience with low volume? Any success stories? It's hard to really research because everything leads back to "low count" and his test came back fine. Thanks in advance!
