Panicking!!!!!! Help PLEASE!

Went to wee and wiped off blood again! This has happened twice now. First time it happened I was 25 weeks pregnant. I went to the labour ward and was told that everything is okay and my baby is fine. Now happened again. What is happening??? I haven't had sex in 3 months either. I am currently 27 weeks and 6 days.
