Hello I'm 19 and I had my first visit with my gyno last month. I explained to her about my period irregularities and she ordered for me to do an internal ultrasound, they found cysts on both ovaries. I instantly worries and she addressed mt that it was nothing to worry about, that it was very minor stage for me so she gave me a sample of the pill to take once my period comes. I'm just glad to see that I am not alone in this. I've been exercising as much as I can and totally changed eating ways to help the cysts
