I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and still awaiting my first U/S to see our baby n# 3. We went in at what we thought was 6 weeks pregnant, only to find it we're either earlier or have a blighted ovum. My HCG levels have been checked and have risen from 490 - 35,000 over the few weeks, so the doctor has reassured me everything should be ok (hopefully!) but last night I found this (picture) in my pants.

I've had slight cramps, nothing too noticeable and no further bleeding. If I was having a miscarriage, would the bleeding continue to period like blood/symptoms? I'm scheduled for an U/S Thursday morning and tried to bring this forward, but no appointments are available.

I'm quietly stressing again ☹️

Has anyone had anything similar?
