I'm just wondering have any other ladies ever experienced light pink spotting for 1-2 days before full on bright red AF bleeding started ? Or have any other ladies ever NOT had cramps during AF before ?

For the past 3 cycles I have not experienced any cramps during AF... and right before my most recent cycle started (on August 10th) I had some light pink spotting for 2 days before the bright red AF bleeding came. And I'm just wondering if any other ladies ever experienced anything similar. I'm just hoping that this normal and nothing to be too concerned about.
