How many times do you go grocery shopping a week? 🍎

I feel like I LIVE there. My sister goes only on Sundays (1 majorly huge shopping list!) And she has a family of 4! Idk how they do it! It's just my husband & I, we are vegetarian and vegan so we are at the store almost daily for fruits and vegetables... we go through it so fast.

I go once a month! lol the store where I shop is like an hour drive, I live in a small town so I go to the city to shop. I'll go to the local store every now and again if I run out of something or want something but that's it.

We grow our veggies and go to town once a week for bread, milk ,meats, etc ... We may make a 2nd trip if I read a recipe I just have to try 😄

Fresh veggies and fruits don't last long so frequent trips makes sense for you guys. I work until 7am - 6pm and have a little one to have in bed by 830, so dinner is always fast, has been frozen, or from a can/box/ quick and easy. 1 trip a week to stock up holds us over, and we are usually out of all fruits and veggies after 3 days. There is a service offered for someone to gather selected groceries and you just show up and pick them up, but since fruits and veggies are 'choice select', this may not benefit you. Sorry, grocery being your life is just your norm 🙂comes with the vegan territory
