Anyone know what this can be?

Hurts to pass stools. They aren't bloody.. but when i push I get these hurtful shooting pains going up my lower stomach to my hip. I'm not that constipated for it to hurt this much! Help?! Will be seeing OB and bringing this up. After passing the stools it will hurt afterwards when wanting to pass more later on. Stools are hard not bloody.

I had that with my first. I think it was either s hemorrhoid or my daughters head far down in my pelvis pushing on something when. I noticed it was worse when I was farther along

Definitely work to get your stool soft!! I have personally dealt with this and hemorrhoids for most of my pregnancy and just found out what works for my body. Colace did nothing to soften my stool, and I was already taking in more fruits and veggies for fiber.  
Vitamin C works wonders as a natural stool softener, on the order of magnitude of 2grams. Also Calm plus calcium (a magnesium supplement) helps very much. 
Your body will pull water from your bowels if you don't drink enough. This causes the poop to be hard. This is why it is important to drink 2-3 liters a day.

If your taking prenatal vitamins it could be the iron. I had the same problem. Invest in Colate stool softener.
