TMI-Vaginal question

So I have small white dots on my vaginal lips and a little bit of redness. my partner and I wear a condom every time we have sex. and the last time we tried, it was very painful and there was a burning pain inside my vagina. previously we did have pretty rough, possibly not wet enough sex. I'm going to the gyno soon anyways, but I'm just looking for some opinions on the cause of my pain and what the small white spots could be
