Someone please help😫😫

I'm panicking...so much I'm starting to use my asthma pump... well My period has lasted longer than a week and it hasn't happened before, I have had sex...but I haven't told my mother as I'm underage.... is this normal? I can't see my doctor as I'm underage and I need a adult. I'm worried if it's something serious.
