Anyone who has had success with conceiving What method did you use?? Certain position? Any vitamins? Help from fertility products?? Ttc after depo shot. It's been over for 3 months.

I had just had my first period from my last mc (so I wasn't sure if I'd ovulate on time) so I tracked my bbt and we BD'd everyday till my bbt chart confirmed I had ovulated

Nothing, just paid attention to my body & figured out my ovulation time. Depo messes with your cycles for a long time though

Tracked my ovulation, took prenantals, my husband took fertility blend vitamins. It took us 7 months. It can take a perfectly healthy couple up to a year to conceive. Be patient and enjoy trying. Good luck and baby dust!
