Ibuprofen during 2WW?

Question

I read ibuprofen can prevent implantation, but I just got my tongue pierced and I could really use some right now. Do you guys think it would be ok? I'm about 8dpo.

I had a cyst rupture on my ovary a couple months ago. my OB told me to take Motrin and I was worried since we're trying to conceive. he said it's ok to take, and that in reality Motrin is only a no no in the 3rd trimester because it can cause serious heart defects but they tell pregnant women none at all because it's easier to remember none instead of ok until so many weeks then none.

I told my doctor I was trying to conceive and he said no Ibprofin because it thins the blood and can make it harder to implant and told me to use Tylenol!
