Help with charting
AF has officially arrived today so I've ordered myself some clear blue ovulation tests and an ovulation thermometer (probably not any different to a normal thermometer other than it being more expensive but hey ho!)
So I'm looking for advice on how to use it really, when is the best time to check? Are there any apps that help store the info? How it works? Etc.
