HELP!!!!

I had unprotected sex the day after my period ended (the 27th of august) and yesterday (7 days later) I got a stretchy yellow tinted discharge somewhat like a booger.. I'm freaking out cause I was having a creamy white discharge prior. Any idea as to what this could be ?!?!?
