I have no clue

So I watched this movie when I was younger or if it was a freak idek but I've been trying for a year to think of the name. Can y'all help me out with it, this little boy I guess was in the ocean and he comes back after like a shit load of years and he wanted to see his mom and the angel robot thing and grants him a day with her.
