Hair problems plz helppp

Ok so i just got my hair full on bleached and i went to a light blonde. It took awhile. Its dry, frizzy, dead and it just feels weird. Does anyone have any tips i can do? I do deep conditioner and masques for my hair and also oils but what else can i do? Please help i have pictures for graduation sunday
