Spotting

Hi everyone,

I am 29 almost 30. In 2014 April I was dia with cervical cancer and was treated in July 2014 ever since my Pap smears have been normal. Had a pap smear last month and came back normal! Well I started spotting last Saturday super light and then yesterday brown and today red but nothing on a pad or even when I pee I only see little veins like in the toilet...Does anyone relate to this? Or how does your period start?
