I'm on birth control, I just got off my period and it was fairly light. Like red and pink spotting for 6 days. Yesterday I started my new pack and my boyfriend and I were having sex. We do have pretty rough sex and my cervix is low and hard and it was super painful and I started crying. My having stomach cramps off and on now. If feels like I had done a bunch of crunches or that my stomachs tied in knots. I have PCOS as well, and I just cut dairy out of my diet for the last month. Could this be from starting a new pack, the rough sex, after period cramps from it being light?
