Ovulating!

I have been filling the ovulation chart on my glow app. I have noticed that my boobs seem to get very tender a couple of days after my ovulating week that The glow app has scheduled! Of course this always leads me to think I must be pregnant but 3 yrs in and no luck yet! Today noticed my boobs being very sore more then usual, I also noticed a lot of while creamy mucus in my underwear, this is three days AFTER my so called Ovulation day by Wgat the app says, so my question is...

Can my sore boobs and clerical mucus in my parties mean that I am ovulating?

Does your breast get tender during ovulation?

I am trying so hard to follow all the signs but I'm starting to get confused! How accurate is the glow app with ovulation!
