if you send a nude dont show your face. find a good angle (looking down at your phone usually doesnt look good). pay attention to your pose as well. you dont want to him to get distracted from the image with wondering wtf youre doing. lighting makes all the difference. yellow lights are horrible. white light or natural light are prefferable.
