Am I the only one that puts a pillow in between my legs when I'm on my period and have cramps?

I sleep like that every night regardless of my period. It is good for your spine bc it keeps it aligned while you sleep.

I don't put pillows, but I do put my cat, (who's s sphinx cat, hairless and they always have high body temperature - literally nice and warm to touch at all times) on my belly and sleep like that the whole night
