Tell me I'm not the only one who is seeing this.! I had a miscarriage back in February an all I've wanted is my rainbow 🌈 baby 👶🏽... could this be real. Someone pinch me! ❤️😍❤️😍🌈👶🏽

So I took a pregnancy test this morning An it was negative. How does it go from positive to negative over night. No bleeding . An I haven't had a period. It's a week late. An even if I am under stress it doesn't really affect my period... I'm confused.

Any advice?
