feeling different 🤔

it's too early to take a test but i have been ttc and i finally feel as though i'm pregnant. i have spotting that i feel is implantation bleeding and i just feel different..you always hear people say 'you're glowing' when someone is pregnant and i feel like i'm glowing. i've never felt like this before, i've never felt so confident and i'm scared i'm getting my hopes up. has anyone else felt like this who has been or is pregnant??
