condom wrapper wrinkled?

if the condom wrapper is wrinkled from being in my purse is it okay to use? i know it's a silly question it's just i was told if it's not perfect it's probably messed up. this is what it looks like

Looks fine to me.

As long as there isn't a hole in the package you should be fine.  As a general rule, if it has had a hole (even one you might not have been able to see) the condom should be dry when you open it.  If it's not then you should be good to go
