I'am wrong for this

This actually really sad i really don't get along w mine i only see her like mybe once a month or more only on special occasions the problem is when i came out pregnant 🤰🏽 like 9 months ago i was to young i told my boyfriend to ask his mom for her opinion she said if he was sure if that was his child & she told him thats the girl' who is going to destroy ur life so i clearly told him if ever get pregnant i don't want her to know until im 4 months i don't want all that negativity around me or my baby i don't want her in the hospital I'm wrong for telling him that
