I stay hot all the time is this normal

Idk if I'm pregnant or my cycle is off. I missed my period for the second time. I took a test weeks ago and it was negative. I'm so hot I have the fan on all day long. my body temperature will not go down for some reason. When it's hot outside im always hotter. What could this be? Could I have aids/hiv or a std ? I'm scared. Is it normal to stay hot like this
