DWI question

So I'm clearly not looking for legal advice more so opinions of moms?

My girls Dad was arrested 2 weeks ago for speeding while DWI. We have a standard custody court order. He's supposed to get them 2nd & 4th weekends but has never been consistent. It's been probably 6 weeks since he's seen them last and doesn't call. What would be your next step as far as visitation with this new charge?
