How do I properky check the position of my cervix? I really want to know to help me log my days...

Basically the way I learned was by just checking it every day for a little bit to see what was normal for me. If I had to reach a little bit then I knew it was high but if I felt it easily it was low. I didn't really know that I would ever have to reach for my cervix because I only checked it when I was hurting during sex which is usually when it was low. Then after about 2 weeks of doing it every day, one day I had to push further to get to it. Google didn't help me much since everyone is different. Just check for a while without logging until you kinda get a hang on what you cervix changes feel like.
