Can I test at week 4 or should I wait another week?

I've heard you'll get an accurate pregnancy test at week 4 but I'm to scared to get a negative so I don't know if I should just wait

It's different for each women depending on hormone levels. Generally the day of your missed period will give you an accurate answer, but this is not true for everyone. I tested the day after my missed period and it turned positive while I was still peeing on it lol
