Salad before every meal, 2 apples a day still eat pizza
For about a week now I haven't had any chips, cookies, muffins, etc. I do still eat pizza though that I split with my boyfriend cause it's $5 and we're broke af. At most I'll eat 2-3 slices everyday but I eat a salad before every meal and for a snack later in the day I'll have an apple with peanut butter. Also been drinking apple cider vinegar! I know pizza isn't healthy, but I've been doing a lot better than I have before and it is better than Mcdonalds. I actually do notice my clothes fit better and I'm not as constipated. Slowly building a savings so we can get fresh lean meat. Freezer and fridge are broken so tofu can't be stored either
